INSANITY SKATE PARK REQUIRES THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE A SIGNED & NOTARIZED LIABILITY WAIVER ON FILE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!

Any participant under the age of 19 must have a waiver signed by his/her parent or legal guardian in the presence of a notary public. Most Insanity Skate Managers can notarize the waiver on site for free.

If you are over the age of 19, please be prepared to show proper ID.
